United Cheerleading has cut down all barriers pertaining to All-Star Competitive cheerleading in the Chattahoochee Valley. United offers ALL levels of All-Star teams, from beginning through elite. If you have competitive experience or you’re just brand new, United has a team for your age and ability level!

  1. How old does my child have to be?
    • The All-Star program ranges from ages 3 to 18 years old.
  2. Will my child make a team, even though he/ she has never cheered before?
    • Yes. The All-Star program has ALL levels from beginner to elite.  Every person will be placed on a team.  We will teach your child everything!

  3. What will my child have to do at try-outs?

    • Try-Outs are VERY relaxed.  Your child will be evaluated on current skills and abilities. 

  4. What do we do if we cannot make the try-out dates?

    • We have an alternate try-out date, which is May 6th at 7:30pm.  We also have private try-outs.  Please call for additional times.



 

  1. How much does it cost to try-out?

    • Nothing!  United’s try-outs are free!

  2. What do I do after try-outs?

    • We will post the results online on or before midnight on Sunday May 10th.

    • United will have parent meetings the week following try-outs and practices  will start the week after parent meetings.

  3. How much does All-Stars cost?
    • Two fees are involved:  Monthly coaching fees and competition fees.  Monthly coaching fees range between $75-$92.  Prices depend on team placement.  Competition fees range between $60-$140, depending on which competitions United attends.  United normally attends 7 competitions per year. Usually one competition per month. 
  1. Are there fundraisers?
    •  Absolutely!  Last season alone, All-Stars raised over $55,000!!!  Between corporate sponsorships and other "organized" fundraisers the All-Star shouldn't have any problems paying for his/ her season.
  2. When will we compete?
    •  The competition season runs from October-April.
  3. Are scholarships available?
    • Yes. United Cheerleading will issue six $500 scholarships per season.

  4. Do we get a trial period?

    • Yes, each All-Star will get a two week trial period.

  5. What is included in the All-Star's monthly coaching fees?

    • 2 squad practices and 2 FREE All-Star tumbling classes.

  2. When can we start the corporate sponsor fundraising plan?

    • A soon as you login to your online account, you can start the plan.  The letter is posted in your online account.

  3. Are the parents allowed to watch practices?

    • Absolutely!  United highly encourages the parents to come in and support his/ her child.
